2010 | 2 years ago I’m putting a list together of my favorite art blogs to bring to a class of Trinity College Studio Art majors tomorrow and I thought I’d share it with you (in alphabetical order)!
BOOOOOOOM!: That’s seven O’s, I counted them so I could provide you with the correct link. Lots of fantastic images for every article. Sometimes I wish there was a little more text, sometimes I’m thankful that there’s not.
Designaside: Yes, the entire site is in Italian but it’s extremely comprehensive and provides links to the artists’ websites which is the only translation I need.
Fecal Face: Based in San Francisco and definitely has that Northern California twist. Updated very often with a wide variety of very cool art. I also follow them on Twitter.
iheartmyart: My very favorite Tumblog (and the only one on this list). I am constantly impressed by the amount of art that Blair finds and posts daily. A good mix of classic, contemporary, and random cool stuff.
Illusion 360: I forget about this one sometimes because it often has artists I’ve seen other places, but sometimes there will be a good surprise that I haven’t found elsewhere.
Sprayblog: Based out of Phoenix and tends to post a lot of street art. Also posts Spraygraphic members’ work so you may discover some one who hasn’t hit it big yet.
Today and Tomorrow: Never disappointing.
